Questions
Do we need Enterprise to use the assistants or the API?
No. Every account can connect Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot, use the command line, and call the API. Enterprise is about volume pricing, sign-in, support, and custom integrations.
Can our IT or legal team review your terms first?
Yes. The security page, privacy policy, and terms of service describe the commitments. Send security questionnaires, an NDA, or agreement questions to support@groundbook.ai.
Where is our project data stored?
On Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the United States, with backups in the same region. Project files, the database, and backups are encrypted at rest, and traffic is encrypted with TLS.
Does Enterprise change how the review works?
No. The same review runs on every plan. What changes is how you buy it, how people sign in, who helps you, and which systems we connect to.
