SharePoint / OneDrive
Choose SharePoint / OneDrive in your Groundbook draft and sign in with Microsoft. Browse your OneDrive files or SharePoint document libraries, select PDFs, and import them.
Google Drive
Choose Google Drive in your Groundbook draft and connect your Google account. Pick PDFs in the Google Drive window, then choose Select to add them to the draft.
Box
Choose Box in your Groundbook draft and connect your account. Browse folders or search for PDFs, select the files for your review, and import them.
Dropbox
Choose Dropbox in your Groundbook draft and connect your account. Browse or search your folders, select the PDFs you need, and import them into the draft.
Start a new project: Email PDFs to new.project@plans.groundbook.ai, even before signup. New users receive a signup link to verify their email and access their draft.
Add to an existing draft: Choose Email in the project, copy its address, and send PDF attachments there before starting the review.

A few practical details
Can I email plans before signing up?
Yes. Send or forward PDF attachments to new.project@plans.groundbook.ai. We’ll save your files and email you a signup link. Sign up and verify the same email address you sent from; each email then becomes a new draft project. You don’t need to resend the files. If you already have an account, send from your verified Groundbook email address to create a new draft directly.
Will changes to my source files sync automatically?
Import copies the PDFs you select into Groundbook. If the source files change, import the revised files for your next review.
Does Groundbook change files in the connected app?
These connections import PDFs into Groundbook for review. Your source files stay in their original location. Review findings and share them with your team in Groundbook.
What if I cannot connect my account?
Your organization may require an administrator to approve access. If a connection is unavailable, contact us for help. You can also upload PDFs directly or add them by email.
