Are these case studies from real projects?
Yes. Every case study is a Groundbook review that a customer completed on a real project.
Why do the finding counts vary so much between reviews?
The reviews range from a 7-page residential coordination review to a 156-page waterfront hotel review. Three of the six ran with code checking enabled, and the others checked coordination and completeness within the set.
Are the findings confirmed errors?
No. Each finding is a potential issue for the responsible designer to verify against the source documents. Groundbook reports what the documents say and where they disagree. It does not make design decisions, certify compliance, or replace the authority having jurisdiction.
